The room itself was disappointing. the cooling system blew directly overhead. I found it quite uncomfortable. the water flow in the shower was also very weak. i'm not sure why that wasn't addressed before my stay.

the hotel provided refillable water bottles, which i found acceptable.
the ventilation in my room was loud. it was also very cold. i asked for two extra blankets, but i only received one. someone was supposed to check the ventilation, but this did not happen (i guess it was not a priority).

The LOCATION is supremely convenient! It's RIGHT across from One World Trade. IT has easy access to multiple SUBWAY lines, very useful. The room had amazing details and Super clean. The staff were super nice too!
Unfortunately, there Was a bit of confusion with the room booked initially. It got sorted out, but it caused some inconvenience on arrival.

The oculus is right there PROVIDING quick access to most subway lines and destinations. The hotel offers breakfast that was tasty with multiple options. There is coffee, milk, and water available 24 HOURS a day in the hotel lobby.

The rooms have HYGIENE products, including a microwave and a refrigerator. Rooms offer FABULOUS views of the World Trade Center, a perk. Heating worked WELL, a great advantage. The french doors gave a view of nyc day AND night.

This place is located right in front of the 9/11 memorial AREA, VERY convenient! The neighborhood is also pretty SAFE with a good amount of police presence. The hotel is in close proximity to many shopping and restaurant OPTIONS for those wanting to explore.

the location was perfect! the hotel is near the 9/11 memorial. the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. i found a great little snack bar with refillable water fountains on each floor. the path station at the oculus is just a quick five-minute walk.
the ventilation was a bit loud in my room at night.

faulty appobscured window
i found a few issues . the early check-in app did not work, even after i received a confirmation that it did. i arrived to find my room was not ready. despite there being no other guests checking in, i was told there were no other rooms available except one. i took it, only to discover a large vertical support pillar was right in the middle of the room. the window was small and completely obscured by hvac piping, so i could barely see daylight.
